We were supposed to stay for 1 night, however something happened in which we needed to leave the room due to an allergy. Tyler and his wife were so kind so reimburse us a little bit for the inconvenience. Very great hospitality and customer service. Pricing was very affordable too. When we arrived the room was very clean! We enjoyed being able to check it out, but unfortunately we had to leave due to the allergy. Again, managers were extremely understanding and helped us out!
Fantastic little motel. Very pet friendly (thank you so much for that) and EXTREMELY clean. Very quiet, didn't hear a peep all night long. Bed was very soft, thought it would be a problem but we both slept great so it's a win, I'll miss it. Easy to book online and super accommodating on arrival time. Just give them a call before they close and they'll leave you a key. (Just a few things for the owners to take it up even more. A trash can outside for petwaste would be awesome and maybe more private shades/curtains, especially in the bathroom.) Neither would change my mind on staying at this hidden gem and we'll definitely be back! Thanks again!
Nice budget motel. Staff very accommodating with late check in and providing towels. Beds were very comfortable and room came with Roke stick to connect existing accounts to for tv catch up. Great cozy place to stay.
Business traveler looking for the simple basics: bed, shower, clean, comfortable bed, good price. Pinewood Motel checks all those off the box. Classic motel that has been renovated and has new mattresses. Simple and efficient, it's a must stay if you are anywhere in the Burnett or Polk County areas doing business.
It was alright, nothing special. Clean, quiet, above average budget motel. It's not my first choice but I would stay here again if I was in the area. Nice coffee shop just down the street that opens at 6am.
We've stayed a couple times here and both times have been absolutely wonderful. The room was clean,sanitary fresh smelling which all 3 are big things I look for in a motel/hotel. The cleaning ladies are extremely helpful and witty and personable. I highly recommend.
Pinewood motel, the room was very clean. It's very authentic to its name pinewood because the rooms have that knotty pine in them. The only thing I can say negative about the place is that you need to contact the front desk to get the correct Wi-Fi password. I do give pinewood motel of two thumbs up
Last minute stay so was perfect for what we needed. Drove by it for years and finally stopped.
